There is a famous interview with Ted Grant, published in Photographer's Forum
Magazine, back in (I think) 2004. The interviewer/writer was Ken Lassiter.
I would publish it were it not for copyright restrictions.
However, Ken has graciously published it as a pdf, over on the Leica Users
Group (LUG).
