Great image, David. I laughed at it the other evening when I saw it in your
Photostream. “Cleaning brings health” - marine, sub-marine, and, one would
expect/hope, terrestrial health as well. I can only wonder at the conditions
that existed to inspire the signage. :) It may have been something akin to
Cleveland’s Cuyahoga River in the 1970s imspiring Randy Newman’s “Burn On”! :)
