In Paris, near Rue de Rivoli lies the Elephant du Nil a cafe.

In French WC are the "loos". It says, no fishing, no swimming in the
premises....
As you can see, the Kitchne is next to the loo. The plate counter is freely
touched by the customers exiting the toilets. Hmmm.
May be it improves the taste of the menu :)
