Thank you, Sir!
I have shot MACO film but did not know that they were making it for Rollei.

You are always a great source of information!

Complex situation,
The company named Rollei is in Berlin and is responsible for P&S cameras
and other low-level consumer goods.

The Pro-area of Rollei was farmed out and run under the name of Franke &
Heidecke by some descendents of the origibnal Rollei founders.
It was this company, in Braunschweig, that went belly-up.

A former manager at the original Rollei in Braunschweig, but who left F
& H in the middle of a management dispute about the future, has now
started his own company and will be producing Rollei 35 and Rolleiflex
TLR cameras in limited editions and to special order.

They may also be carrying on with pro-digital stuff, but there is, as
yet, no news on the other MF cameras like the 6008 series or the lenses
and accessories for them.

AFAIK, the Rollei branded films are distributed by MACO: Rollei Retro
400, for instance is an Agfa film.
