Glad you and Emmy had a chance to see the place, one last time.
Or course, the photos of the Cathedral that I've posted were taken when we
toured Paris with you ... a trip we'll never forget.

Hello there.------
I was there this afternoon with my friend Emmy. Just by chance, we like
this place.
Now, it seems that the front two towers are going to crush and fall.
A pile of ruins might appear tomorrow moning.
Sad but nothing is for eternity.

I have been watching the live news feeds on CBC of the immense fire at
the Notre Dame Cathedral, in Paris.
I am not Catholic, but the loss of such a grand structure, dating back
to 1163, is a sad loss.
