Other then a 30 year old woman-well, hard to think of >almost anything else :}. Well, like the distaff side, a little TLC can go a long way. I was delighted with the results from 'old 4387', which is performing as well as when it was first made around 80 years ago. You can see the story of the camera and some of the shots I took with it at Wetzlar last year by visiting: http://homepages.iol.ie/~corkflor and clicking on the links. OTOH it did require the magic of UK-based Leica guru Malcolm Taylor to bring it back to spec, and it should now see me out with no problem at all. The main thing, as Elliot points out, is that these cameras must have exercise, which is why it's so sad that some of the best examples simply moulder in collectors' closets.
