It's grainy for 100 ISO colour, too!
This sort of mild reticulation is usually caused by uneven temperatures in the
various chemical baths in which the film is developed.
However, the local Bangkok processor did more harm that that. Check out this

The sharp line dividing the portions of underdevelopment would be caused, with
black and white home processing, by the film not being put properly on the
reel, such that portions of the film touched one another, impeding access to
the developer.
Not just sure what they did, in Bangkok, but it ruined a number of shots.
The more I look back on experiences like these, the more I like digital!

PS: As for Bond, James Bond, might you not be thinking of either "The Man with
the Golden Gun" (1974) or Tomorrow Never Dies" (1997), both of which were
filmed in Phang Nga Bay, just north of Koh Jum.
Man, you aren't kidding, David. That is pretty grainy for color. So, you------
say that's the result of the development solution temperatures being too
high/warm? In a digital frame of mind the film graining looks like a
version of the ISO being set too high, but without any magneta overtones
showing up. Gosh, seeing that boat reminds me of the boats that they
used in parts of the James Bond movie, Live and Let Die. :)
