Nicely composed shot. The greens are very nice. Do you mean 4 seconds
instead of minutes? Though I see you used a 10x ND, so maybe minutes it
is. I would try to brighten up the whites either in the histogram or
the white slider if you are using LR to make the water stand out a bit
more. But I love the angle and the overall composition.

I decided to experiment and Took this photo with 10x ND filter and circular polarizer with bulb setting for 4 minutes at f/10 and iso 100 on a tripod.
