Honestly don't have a clue Ted.
It was one of two Ice sculptures
outside a "creative bar" in Wauwatosa, WI.
This bar provides a space to drink and paint;
yes - you heard me - paint and drink.
Outside were these ice sculptures;
though when buried in snow
were difficult to "read."
What you see = what I saw.
