And yes, we all did. Once you get used to, if you may, seeing dust, plastic
bags, and debris all over the place, the country is fabulous. 4000 years of
history, including the Greeks, the Romans, Christians, and finally Muslims. All
of this mainly on just one narrow strip of land on both banks of the Nile. And
kids on the streets that look happy. Adults who do not look worried by time
flying past, nor by the plummeting stock exchange btw. A real treat and a
lesson to remember.
I’ll be posting a few views of the sites later on, but I still have a couple of
people I liked to share.
