Aram,
I believe the Monochrom sensor is not just an M10 sensor with filters removed
but a wholly different sensor optimized for B&W.
It takes a hardware change to make a Q Monochrom, IMHO. I may be wrong!

One move would be to issue a new firmware with all the cogs to deliver a good
Monochrom pix, a kind of M10 Monochrom type of film.
