Leitz Elpro VIIa close-up lens for early 90mm & 135mm 'R' lenses small

The lens is in a Nikon 'F' mount and must be used with the mirror locked
up, or you can purchase a Nikon 'F' to Leica 'M' adapter and use it on your
M camera.
