[LRflex] Eye Update 2.0

Hi Group,
I figured I should re-update the group about my eye situatiom. Easy enough
to do because:
a) I don't have a diagnosis or a report from the specialist yet
and
b) The spots in my vision haven't gotten any better or any worse since seeing
the specialist last friday.
Yes we are exceptionally unhappy with the Retinal Specialist because, while his
conduct in the appt was nice enough he left a real bad taste in our mouths by
not giving the slightest indication the scan for which he said wait here for
the tech was the frackin end of the appt. Now eight days later we still dont
have the results of the scan, no answers to our questions, no hints about
diagnosis, and a handful of empty platitudes from the staff from our call backs.
Yes, we have contacted an Opthamologist my Girlfriend knows to be good for a
second opinion (first opinion really) but he advised waiting for the results of
the scan and have the file sent to his office. This doctor did confirm it was
highly unlikely to be a situation needing emergency treatment so there is that.
Will let folks know when I know anything.
