I won't be able to make it to the demo because that day is my wife's birthday. However, I'll share a story about Sean Cranor. In 2002 I went to Turkey for a month to shoot photos. In anticipation, I bought a Brooks Veriwide medium format camera from Sean at a Camera Fair. I paid him $500 and a Tele-Elmarit 90mm lens. I tested the camera extensively before leaving for Turkey and all was well. In Istanbul I went to Hagia Sophia and made a Veriwide exposure. Thereafter the camera jammed and remained jammed all the time I was in Turkey. When I returned Sean accepted my story and agreed to return my money and lens. Six months later he e-mailed me asking "what was the problen with the camera?" I called him and he said he finally got around to checking the camera and it worked fine! We decided a screw probably came loose and jammed the film advance but dropped out later when he had the camera. Anyway, I got one photo(www.wvlphotography.com) and gained a lot of appreciation for Sean.
