Thanks, Vipul!  I'm rather having fun, looking through the old photos....

David.

Here, north of the 49th, a "Snowbird" is someone who "fly's south" to

Canada's famous winter weather.

OTOH, "The Snowbirds" are the Canadian Forces Air Demonstration
Squadron.  The team flies 11 CT-114 Tutors - nine for aerobatic
performances, including two solo aircraft, and two as spares (flown by
the team support personnel).  Typical of Canuck resourcefulness, the
Snowbirds are the world's only major military aerobatics team to operate
without a support aircraft.

Taken at the Abbotsford Air Show, back in 2005, and cropped to 16:9 from
a full width, to eliminate excess sky.  Otherwise, FF.
