Don't know, I never had a low level but I am used with all cameras to switch
them off when I am not using it
3 if not, how long does the camera take to fully wake up when you turn
it on

Not noticeable, remember there is no mirror
5 any reported issues with the lack of a shutter? (dust or other
impediment?)

with a loaded battery when they have scores on display, as if they had
decided NOT to sell any ...
