[LRFlex] 20D Update

For those, like Bob an myslef, who have just bought Canon 20D's, or for those
who've had one for a while, there is a new firmward update.... 2.0.0 available.
You can check your firmware on the menu (near the bottom). If it's 1.1.0 or
earlier, you might want to upgrade.
The firmware can be downloaded (free!) along with all necessary instructions,
from
http://web.canon.jp/Imaging/eos20d/eos20d_firmware-e.html
I did. It's quick and easy.
