Douglas
Actually we have had one of the most beautifull Fall seasons as long as I remember - like indian summer
In a period of what felt like 3 weeks in september we had better weather and higher temps than in july
Today small clouds, beautifull sun - the day started misity and foggy - very nice - red fruits Green and orange leaves, dark newly plowed fields - this is a lovely time to be a photographer -
By the way - my family comes from Nürnberg - that is - on my fathers side my grand grand grand grand father was born there in 1747 - was an aprentice as tailor but was treated so badly that he emigrated to Denmark - were he became tailor for the king - but his sons and grand sons all became priests. My grandmother on my mothers side came from Germany and my other Grandfather was a Swede -Gues us europeans are pretty much integrated with each other.
So greeting back from your nothern neighbour and all the best
Ruben

Thanks Ruben,
I suppose you have pretty much the same kind of weather where you are, dull and dreary, after all your only "just up the road" from us compared with many other members on the list.
Greetings from your southern neighbours
cheers from Hannover
Douglas

Hello all,
it's gradually getting autumnal in the garden, cold damp and grey.
A few shots of what's on the way.
Canon 20D + Leica 4/100mm (with 1:1 adapter) Macro or Yashica 2,8/55 Macro. Subject laid flat on the desk, daylight from the office window on a sheet of typewriter paper, additional lighting from above reflected from a hand mirror held bottom left.
