Thanks for looking Bart,
I see what you mean, but Posy and Lucy never wanted to sit on anything
that wasn't dark, and who am I (their servant?) to try and change that.
It's obviously the expressed intention of Somali cats to leave bits of
fur and hairs on any dark surfaces they can find,
if I wear a dark suit, Posy, who probably hasn't been seen all day, will
immediately appear and start rubbing against my legs.
And , as someone who is owned by 6 cats, I'm sure you also know that
it's virtually impossible to pose a cat - but that's what we love about
them.
I saw that Kyle Cassidy managed it with his ginger kitten, he must have
used super glue, a tacker or pounds of catnip. :-)
cheers
Douglas

Douglas,
about pic #4, Lucy and Posey.
Lovely cats in a nice composition, but for the background.
I ran into the same problem with one of our (6) cats and had to use differently coloured props to even see the red cat!
See what I mean at:

Subject: PAWS - too many of them
If you've got one at each corner, where do you put them when you're trying to sleep?
Three attempts: http://gallery.leica-users.org/Cats/MG_3000_edited_2 http://gallery.leica-users.org/Cats/MG_2998_edited_2 http://gallery.leica-users.org/Cats/MG_2997_edited_2
Hope you like them. Douglas
Info: Canon 20D/Summicron 50 at f4 at ASA 1600 equivalent
(colour temperature set to 2350 K appears to be reasonable for 12V/40W quartz lamps)
