The City Council of Strongsville is having a Public Hearing regarding the
rezoning of the parcel on Royalton Rd. which abuts Ledgewood. It will take
place on Monday night, October 16th at 8 pm in the Mike Kalinich Sr. City
Council Chamber , 18688 Royalton Rd. (City Hall). They will be hearing about
concerns regarding rezoning this parcel from office to General Business and it
will be an opportunity to express our concerns regarding this future
development. Plan to attend!
There will be Planning Commission meetings coming up on Thursdays, so I will
notify you when needed of those as well.
