There is a flooded piece of farmland (that may or may not be a playa) behind
the Frenship HS that has 13 Avocets and a bunch of Killdeer. Most enjoyable is
that they are all being guarded by 2 llamas (an assumption on my part, but it’s
fun to imagine having a guardian llama).
