I checked the area and found more than 500 Sandhill Cranes a little further NE 
of that spot along FM400 but I didn’t spot any Whooping Cranes or the Common 
Crane.

My nephew, a non/semi birder said he saw two white birds with sandhill cranes 
outside of Wilson. We’re out fishing but might be worth checking out. 

 

This was about an hour ago.
