Greetings All:
On the 10th, my siskin numbers eventually crept up to 24 from the
aforereported nine.
This morning, my one persistent White-crowned Sparrow was joined by at
least two others and I had at least 30 Pine Siskins. I am now up to
five thistle socks - the more socks you have out, the more accurate a
count you get - as fewer birds are lurking in trees waiting for turn.
Cedar Waxwings, rarely seen in my neighborhood, are still visiting my
water features: I had nine this morning.
