Greetings All:
Earlier today - at about 4:45 - I relocated, for the second time
today, the Yellow-breasted Chat - surprisingly high in the oak trees
at the quad on the TTU HSC Campus. There was also an oriole present
and, given the extent of the orange present on the undersides (almost
entirely orange save for some white in the lower flanks) and the
absence of any dark coloration in the throat I suspect it was a first
fall male Baltimore Oriole.
