Brad found a male Black-throated Gray Warbler this afternoon at Clapp over the
double drains on the trail. He only saw it for a few seconds and then could not
relocate it for the next few hours. I showed up early evening to change the
hummingbird feeder and relocated it near the sawed off log (John’s sawed off
log if you know him) where the trail bends. I also only had it for a short
while before it disappeared again. Besides an accipiter, it was the only bird
on the trail. It liked to stay near the top of the trees and was very active.
Also, most of the markers on the trail seem to be gone :( I was only able to
find #3 and it was wrapped around a branch and not easily readable.
