[leasbirds] Announcement of LEAS Meeting/Program - Cultural Hall of Lubbock Garden & Arts - Thursday, October 22, 2020 @ 7:00pm (this coming Thursday)

An in-person LEAS meeting/program will be held this coming Thursday evening. A 
presentation by Kelton Mote, Biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife 
Department, will be given on the work at Yoakum Dunes Wildlife Management Area 
related to the Lesser Prairie Chicken.

This meeting will take place in the Cultural Hall, the largest room, which will 
permit more than adequate distancing. Masks will be required, hand sanitizer 
will be available at the door and all participants will be temperature checked 
at entry.

Should you have any questions regarding protocol for this event, please feel 
free to reach out to me.

This will be our first in-person meeting after many months, and I hope those of 
you who feel comfortable attending, will participate. There is a possibility we 
will record this meeting to be shared with others unable to attend.

Looking forward to seeing you there. Doors will open @ 6:30pm.
