Washington Center offers this 4-day residential team-driven summer institute
designed to develop strategic action plans for 2- & 4-year colleges, away from
the distractions of their home campus. Each attending team will have access to
higher education professionals who will support them in developing a strategic
focus and creating a 2-year action plan for implementation at their home
campus. Our institute is custom designed with sessions, plenaries, and
reflection time to foster team building & collaboration.
