Thank you for that link Erin it helped the only problem is that my menu is slightly different from his menu and the last step of the process I can add it and organize it I just cannot remove it I don't know how to remove the app or icon
Okay guys I figured it out what you do is you go to the doc the new flick through or scroll through the items find the one you want to remove it command down arrow it will give you an option submenu scroll to the right and look for remove from doc that easy
