EOMC is working in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce, LeFlore County
EMS, and the LeFlore County Health Department. The process will consist of
four community meetings. The meeting dates and discussion items are listed
below. Each meeting will be held over the lunch hour (11:30-1:00 pm). The
first meeting will also provide a more in-depth overview of what will occur
during the process. ****

Primary Care Physician Demand Analysis Presentation****

Indicators and Outcomes and Identify Health Priorities****

priorities along with action items to address priorities and wrap up process
