MEETING LOCATION FOR THIS MONTH CHANGED TO THE KIAMICHI TECHNOLOGY CENTER
CAMPUS IN POTEAU LOCATED NEXT DOOR AND JUST SOUTH OF CASC COLLEGE ON HWY 59
SOUTH IN THE KTC MAIN SEMINAR ROOM. KTC HAS AN ELECTRONIC SIGN ON THE HIGHWAY
ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD. PLEASE FORWARD THE AGEND TO ANYONE THAT I MAY
HAVE MISSED. LUNDY

We have our regularly scheduled meeting coming up on Wednesday January 18, at
11:30 at KTC and not the Patrick Lynch Library.  We will have Robbie Mullens
coming to assist with our strategic planning process, by helping us create a
Coalition Vision.  Please review the attached bylaws, to see our mission.
Through the Strategic Planning process, we will create a unified strategic plan
of action for our coalition, which will help us to set and accomplish goals
together within LeFlore County.  Together, we can accomplish so much more than
a single agency or organization.  Sherry Dotts will chair the meeting as Lundy
will be in OKC at a DEQ meeting and unable to attend.

I know some of you need copies of the sign in sheets, so those are attached
from the last couple of meetings, as well as the draft minutes that are to be
approved. We'll also ask Carol to please post the agenda and board minutes from
November at the library.
