I know this will sound crazy, but we just had what I think had to be a
Sandhill Crane pass over us on the beach at Seal Rock (Lincoln County). It
was high, headed WSW, and we saw it turn and start moving north, barely
within binoc distance, heading north. Details (and maybe a really really
really horrible photo) to eBird later. I'm not on WhatsApp...anyone willing
to forward such a tale so folks will keep an eye out and up?
