To: OBOL <obol@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
I visited Seal Rock at noon today and found 2 Rock Sandpipers among
Surfbirds and Turnstones. There were also a number of Black Scoters
outside the rocks, and a few Harlequin Ducks inside.
On my way home I saw my first Turkey Vulture of the year at Cutler City.

Is there a location south of Seal Rock where Rock Sandpiper can be
considered annual? I last saw one in Lane County in 2008.

I saw one at Yachats a few years back. It declined to round Cape Perpetua.
