Other business:
We are still unsure who is , / is not, receiving these e-mails, due to the poor
response to my last two, and people moving in and out of the area, but we have
just finished updating our membership list from parcel numbers at county, and
will be writing to everyone with our plans for an annual meeting in October,
and thoughts on Falcon Haven and Doublegrove for next year.
If you are not up to date with your dues please make every effort to do so, so
that we can better plan for next year.
If you have any need for driveway repair work contact either "JJ" at

They have given us a very good price for Falcon Haven and Doublegrove, and will
be happy to talk to you.
Please mention the road work if you see your neighbors over the weekend, just
in case they are no longer on the e-mail list.
We would welcome one or two volunteers with office and / or bookkeeping
experience as we move slowly into another year (or if you feel like me, very
quickly into another year. (:-)) I can't believe that we are in September
already.
on another subject, the IRS scam phone calls are back doing the rounds... I
had one this morning, and I have friends who have had up to three calls. i
mention this in case you have elderly parents who might be taken in by these
calls.The callers are very good, very smooth, they have names, IRS ID numbers,
and will even give you a number to call them back. You will not be arrested,
you will no be thrown in jail, you will not have a legal case brought against
you, their entire spiel is a scam, but it could sound daunting to elderly tax
payers.
