I live at 1750 Lanier and I did not receive the letter at any time. And I
would have noticed it if I did receive it. This is to build on top of the
former Burger King and Pho 14 and the neighboring one story building. So it’ll
be built next to the other 6 story building that was recently built between
them and PNC Bank.
If anyone is interested I would suggest telling the city that they did not
provide the affected neighbors notice as they are required to do.
