Safety Guidelines of LHFM In-person Meeting for Worship (Revised March 3,
2022)
You should not attend in-person Meeting for Worship if you are feeling sick
or have tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days.
Following the latest CDC guidelines, masks are optional in the meeting
house.
Social distancing (at least 6 feet apart) is encouraged during worship,
although family groups may sit together. After Meeting concludes, it would
be safer to socialize outdoors.
Masks and social distancing are required in the section of the meeting room
under the stained-glass window. This section is reserved for Friends who
feel more comfortable with or need additional protection.
If you attend in-person Meeting for Worship, you must still follow the
requirements below.
1. Be fully vaccinated, if eligible.
a. Pfizer – 2 shots plus the booster
b. Moderna – 2 shots plus the booster
c. Johnson & Johnson – 1 shot plus the booster
2. Sign in and provide the best contact information. A sign in sheet
will be available on the table in the foyer.
If you test positive for COVID after attending in-person Meeting for
Worship, you must report the results to Frank Taylor at 703-915-9480 or
ftaylor4645@xxxxxxxxx. LHFM will notify others who attended the same
Meeting of the COVID case (but will not identify the person testing
positive).
