Friends,
I received a call from Pardee Lowe this morning, from the ICU at Virginia
Hospital Center. Yesterday he was having trouble breathing and was taken to the
Emergency Room, where they gave him a steroid shot that helped him breathe
better.
His test results for Covid-19 have come back negative so far, but he is still
waiting for one more result.
Last night he was put on a CPAP machine to aid with his breathing while he
slept, and this morning he is on oxygen.
If his final test is also negative, he will be moved to a regular room today
and probably sent home tomorrow, with oxygen.
Pardee's voice sounded strong and he seemed to be in good spirits, given the
circumstances. He asked that I post this message and thank the meeting for
holding him in the Light. And he asked that we continue to hold him in the
Light.
