I used the ordinary HVAC filter after carefully removing any system that
holds the pleats in place. These filters come in many dimensions but many of
us have an extra around. If there is a small hole from removing the pleats
just double or triple fold the filter as it is thin. Make your mask with a
pocket and slip the filter inside ( more effective than a coffee filter as
they are Constructed to filter microscopic particles)
