Does anyone know if there are changes at Kirk Pond as well? There have been
signs prohibiting any entry, so no walking in or using trails. I know there are
2 different agencies involved, federal and state, but in the past there was a
volunteer who lived in an RV at Corps of Engineers headquarters at the dam who
was opening the gate to the Royal parking lot in the morning.
