KOSMIC BARNYARD- Winter News and Upcoming Shows

Well it's been awhile since we've sent out an email update on all things
Kosmic. First and foremost, we hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving
and we wish everyone the best over the approaching holidays. As is becoming
a winter custom for us, the band has decided to lay low for a few months in
an effort to pow-wow over some new material. There's a laundry list of
things we hope to get accomplished over the coming weeks and we'll see if we
can lay off the egg-nog long enough to actually do some of them.
That doesn't mean, however, that we're not playing out at all... just less
frequently. Kosmic is planning to take part in what is shaping up to not
only be a celebration of the great new studio release by our brethren in The
New 44's but also a genuine WNY music throw down. On Friday, December 19th,
Kosmic Barnyard will be sitting in with members of The New 44's for their CD
release party at the Historic Palace Theatre, located at 2 East Avenue, in
Lockport NY. The event will start at 7 PM and runs until 11 PM with members
of The Stoll Brothers, Gil Transit, Questet, and Clustafunk slated to join
in. Admission is $10 with children under 12 free. For directions to the

We are also investigating the possibility of doing something locally to
celebrate the New Year and will keep you updated as to any developments,
along with info on upcoming shows for January and beyond, through our site
and future emails.
Also, you may have also noticed a few changes to the website itself. We're
in the process of trying to revamp and update some items on the site and
have made some progress with a few more changes to come (remember what we
said about the egg nog though!).
