NOTE: I do not pay for charging as I don’t have a charger at home. This is
strictly in-home behavioral adjustments primarily being no
oven/stovetop/water heater use and “pre-heating/cooling” and then shutting
off HVAC during peak time of use.

My in-laws charge their Model Y, and are on ToU as well. They adjusted the
peak hours when that became an option in one of the December updates and
they now have excessively consistent peak usage similar to me, and also saw
a drastic reduction in their bill relative to without ToU.
