ETCF can probably bring a couple of tables, but we (the group) ought to have
some chairs, too. Can each person bring 1-2 chairs of some type (for you to
sit in as needed, but also for anyone filling something out at a table, or that
just needs to sit) so that we have such available.

Hey all,
Do we know if whole foods is going to supply us tables? Do we have access to
any if not? We need to have table with signup sheets, I am thinking positive
that we will have enough people that we need to make sure we are ready and
organized with signup sheets for each vehicle that people can test drive. I can
make up and print out a quick generic sign up sheet we can fill in which
vehicle it is for. I would assume some of the dealers might have their own
paperwork that needs signatures too. But I think we need to try and make this
as orderly a process as possible.
