Subject: [knoxev] So this happened! Why I havent upgraded
Some asshole thew a rock through my back windshield to steal a $20 camping
chair.
I was parked under the James White Parkway in the old city. The reason I was
parked there is that my normal lot stopped offering monthly passes. So until I
get more secure parking, I am probably not going to get a new EV.
My Volt will be completely empty from now on, nothing even remotely enticing.
Safelite doesn't have anything free until August 23rd. I am have reached out to
other shops to see if I can get it replaced sooner. Looking at ~$400
replacement.
What a bummer!
