pickup an exhibitor badge at the AutoShow office. I believe that's what's
still being required, I will send out a separate email with instructions
for those volunteering at the show.

We have the EV banner. It’s with the posters, flyers, and other
materials that we brought to the last meeting. We’ll have all of that when
we bring Susan’s car.
The weather forecasts that we’ve checked show about 15% chance of
precipitation on Thursday with a high of 42.
We plan on having Susan’s car there at 3pm on Thursday. If the weather
changes, we’ll see if we can move things around to bring it Wednesday.

Do you have a time Thursday for getting your car to the Knoxville
convention center? It's supposed to be raining and snowing, so the car
should be pretty dirty upon arrival. I can help clean it up. What about
the other car? Is it a leaf or a bolt? I can help clean it up too. I'll
bring one easel and a Model 3 information poster. Is there going to be a
table? I can help set that up.. I think that Eric Cardwell has the Knox EV
banner.
