It’s pretty shaky as a defense claim, because the other board members seem
likely to be in on it, judging from the contracts that made them hold onto
shares until a specific release date. It’s also hard to believe because
(obviously) none of them ever asked to see a working prototype—or they would’ve
run for the hills, screaming.
Amazing that neither did GM CEO Mary T. Barra! I sure wouldn’t recommend buying
GM stock!
