Hey all,
Below are my notes from the meeting this last Saturday, and I've linked to or
appended a number of documents for your review.

Jonathan will do these:
THINGS I'M STILL WORKING ON:
- Ask Brian Zelis about local best contact for events like NDEW
- Ask someone from KUB to a) come to KEVA meetings and b) come to the NDEW event
- Ask ORNL about the PUV for NDEW!

All the event details are there for the whole event that last two days.  The
AFV Showcase will take place between about 4-6pm on Monday, Sept. 17th.
Vehicles will need to be onsite by 2pm (we have to organize and park 40-50 AFVs
including some large trucks and buses). We love to have some of you bring your
vehicles!  I believe Rebecca is already planning to come with the smart... just
let me know if you can make it and bring your EV! (Here are photos from last

The place is a parking lot off of Cumberland Avenue/Main Street right where
they split on the south side of the Knoxville Convention Center. Poplar Street
leads from Cumberland/Main south and the parking lot we will be in is just to
the right after you turn on Poplar.  Here is a Google map link:

- NDEW - 9am-3pm - 9/15/18 at Whole Foods Bearden
- KEVA has all of the southern parking lot area
- KEVA members with their vehicles - Teslas (S, X, 3), Volts, Jeep, Honda,
others
- Beaty Chev. - Bolt and Volt
- Toyota - Prius
- Ford - couple of cars coming (e.g., Focus)
- Chrysler - Pacifica PHEV
- MB of Knoxville - smart (Rebecca) - Sprinter and GLC 350e (all electric)
options in the future
- BMW...
