I double checked the dates but still messed up. I didn’t mean to include
Thursday because I don’t think it is open to the general public, and I didn’t
think we were going to staff the booth that evening. I got the times from the
web site, so if they aren’t correct I will need to update the signup sheet.

· Patrick Ladue reviewed proposed by-laws - all present voted to accept.
· Patrick Ladue conducted elections for new president and secretary/treasurer
o Eric Cardwell nominated for president, accepted nomination, and unanimously
approved by vote
o Will Schleter nominated for secretary/treasurer, accepted nomination, and
unanimously approved by vote
· Many thanks to Patrick for his service as president over the last few years
· Gary Bulmer offered to continue in role as EAA liaison
