If you can set repetier-host to communicate with the /tmp/printer serial
port I don't see any reason why not.
If that doesn't work, you can install octoprint on your Mac.

Would it be possible to run klipper as a middleman directly on my mac and
let repetier-host communicate with it? This would eliminate the need for a
raspberry pi and make it a great way to speed up my Mega2560/ramps setup.
