Good afternoon,

Klamath Community College (KCC) in Klamath Falls, Oregon has teamed up again
with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) to offer their Wilderness
First Responder training and certification.  This intensive 80-hour course is
the definitive training for first responders who routinely work in remote
outdoor settings.  The training is specifically for outdoor educators, guides,
ski patrol, search and rescue professionals, wildland firefighters and other
public service professionals or individuals who want a higher level of medical
training specifically geared for remote outdoor emergencies.

The training is from March 20th to March 28th 2020 at the KCC campus. There are
no prerequisites and upon completion, students will receive nationally
recognized Wilderness First Responder certification valid for three years.
This training also qualifies as continuing education credits for certified
Emergency Medical Technicians.

Attached is a letter with more information and course registration forms for
those interested in attending.  The training is limited to the first 30
applicants so we encourage early registration.  If you have any questions
please feel free to contact us at ce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> or
by phone at 541-880-2243.

Thank you,
