Thanks John, we are pretty much playing catch up here. There will actually be
several more items needed from everyone. I should be able to get the list
together this weekend and out asap, Monday at latest.

Fees for Service:
Plus inventory of apparatus and seating positions and call volume stats. The
same as individual grant applications. And more that I will get to you asap, as
soon as I can get my computers to work together.
