Hi Celeste,

I have been working on this. I called EIS and they indicated that our servers 
are off in timing. I have contacted our IT and they were working on it.

This occurred due to the quickness in the steps of the dispatcher - which when 
the timing is synchronized is a good thing. Hopefully the timing will be 
corrected today.
